Composition and Properties

The main components of Inorganic Thermal Insulation Mortar Type II include cement, quartz sand, expanded perlite, silicate microspheres, and chemical additives. These components endow the product with characteristics such as low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance, excellent durability, crack resistance, and water resistance. Its thermal conductivity generally ranges between 0.06-0.08 W/(m·K), compressive strength typically falls between 2-5 MPa, and its density is approximately 400 kg/m³. Additionally, Inorganic Thermal Insulation Mortar Type II features a cavity-free structure, low thermal conductivity yet high strength, good breathability, and resistance to condensation.
